Thank you guys!
Nice to see the new features and fixes trickling in!
Wow you guys did an amazing job on this and the portable version is some really nice work. I’m thinking this is the best thing to sliced bread. Great job guys, really great job!
Doofus: I agree, tried the portable bundle for Linux on Ubuntu 7.10 and it is really amazing.
Cool! Thanks guys. Is there an option for automatically saving the db after changing something? Or do I need to use the automatic locking and saving while locking?
Grischa,
There is not currently an option to automatically save the database after a modification has been made. As you said you can get similar behavior by setting it to automatically save the database on exit/workspace locking.
You may also set a timer to lock the workspace after some period of inactivity. If you have the auto-save feature enabled then it will save every time the workspace locks due to inactivity. 🙂
hi
is there some particular reason why keepassx cannot be assigned to a single Space? it simply won’t appear in the list after adding it with Spaces Preferences, while other apps do.
Great Job and very fast fixing of tracked bugs 🙂 Opening the database from external media works fine again in OSX 10.5! 🙂
Woohoo! Thanks. KeepassX now remembers the window position (as maximized is how I want it to open.) That was driving me crazy. Awesome job. Keep up the great work.
The only thing I’d really love to see next is a way to add custom fields other than default ones (like maybe I want to create a field called “pin number” for credit cards, “account number” for some other entries, etc.)
How to Global auto-type under Mac Os X?
I used to use this function under Windows…
Thanks for your work,
Emanuele
Thanks a lot for this tool !
LK14 > maybe because it uses the QT framework who’s not based on apple framework but is cross platform …
And cross platform rocks !
Thanks for all your hard work. I donated!
Well, what about static RPM for FC6/RHEL5 ? It is even possible?
You could use the binary bundle and copy it to /opt.
How about a step by step guide. i’ve tried to use the guide on keepass.info, but it is different
Can you note in the release information if there are compatibility issues with the Windows releases? KeePass and KeePassX are great tools for a cross-platform household.
I also wanted to leave my thanks here for such a great new Mac OSX version of Keepass. Your work is very much appreciated.
Thankyou!
Love the new login dialog…you guys are the best!
Thanks a lot for the great tool. Love the new dialogs and taskbar support. Auto-Type looks very promising. Just a made a donation, keep up the great work.
If anyone needs to compile this under MacOS 10.3.9 with QT4.3.4, I’ve provided a fix. See Tracker Bug #1950216
Thanks for an awesome update. I have been using 0.2.2 for a while now, and 0.3.1 provided everything I was missing (workspace locking, docking).
Really good job!! 🙂
Thanks for the update. I can’t imagine my life without keepassx.
I’ve been noticing that this version is sometimes very slow when searching. Also, sometimes after I switch between two monitors and one, the window gets lost.
how about some updated 0.3.1 maemo packages 🙂 let me know where to send the 6-pack of beers!
